RAVELLI helps associations and school classes finance their activities or embark on their dream class trip. RAVELLI's motto is "everyone comes along," ensuring that all children have the opportunity to participate in sports or join class trips. Since 2014, we have distributed over 65 million SEK to school classes and the non-profit sector.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Junior Account Manager at Ravelli, you are responsible for handling all incoming customers. You will achieve this by calling in interested parties and managing incoming calls.

Your duties include creating value for the customer and ensuring they have a simple and seamless experience using our service. You will work independently on the entire process, from initial contact and follow-up to ongoing customer care.

In this role, you will report to and work closely with sales managers in Stockholm, becoming part of a sales team of six people. As the company is in a strong growth phase, there are significant opportunities for the right person to grow within the organization.
