Motordesign Sweden AB is hiring a new employee

Motordesign Sweden AB is a leading company specializing in the design and development of products for motorsport. We focus on high-performance racing engines and gearboxes for Autocross, Rallycross, and Rally, primarily targeting markets in Scandinavia and Europe.

We are looking for a self-motivated employee who can independently assemble engine components into finished products – racing engines.

You should have prior experience building engines and be familiar with every step of the process. Experience with transmissions and the ability to weld aluminum are strong assets.

Requirements:

• Excellent technical knowledge of engines.
• Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, etc.
• Meticulous, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and structured, as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of motorsport is a strong asset.

Terms and Employment:

• Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
• Scope: Part-time or Full-time by agreement.
• Employment type: 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of permanent employment.
• Working hours: Daytime.
• Salary: Negotiable.
