About the role: As a CNC operator, you will work with both simpler curve-controlled lathes and gradually develop towards working with modern CNC machines. We prefer that you have experience with turning, and it is an advantage if you have basic knowledge of ISO programming. The role requires you to be an experienced CNC operator with an interest in further developing within the profession.

The position is located in Vårgårda, and we prefer that you live in the surrounding area.

The role involves working in two shifts: Day: 06:30–15:30 (Monday–Friday) Evening: 15:24–23:36 (Monday–Thursday, Friday off)

Responsibilities: We are looking for you with a workshop technical education or equivalent practical experience from the manufacturing industry. Experience with CNC-controlled machines is a requirement, but the role does not include CNC programming.

Requirements for competence and experience:

• Ability to operate, monitor, and be responsible for multi-operation milling machines integrated with robotic solutions for handling products through grinding and polishing processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, as well as measure and inspect parts according to drawing requirements and tolerances.

• Good understanding of cutting tools, their function, and applications in the machining process.

• Knowledge of cutting machining, which is normally acquired through industrial technical education or equivalent practical experience.
