Production Assistant for Automotive Industry (Part-Time)

In the role of Production Assistant, you will work with assembly, testing, and packaging of products delivered to customers within the automotive industry. You will become an important part of the production process and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and continuous improvements.

The production is divided into several stations where each step has a clear function. You will be gradually introduced to the different stations and receive training in several work tasks, which provides varied duties and a good understanding of the entire production flow.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to established instructions.
• Test and quality-assure products before they move forward in production.
• Pack finished products for delivery.
• Ensure that work is performed according to current quality and safety requirements.
• Contribute to improvements within production and work processes.

• Previous experience from industry or production is meritorious but not a requirement.

Working Hours

Working hours are Monday to Friday and are divided into two shifts:

• Monday - Friday daytime: 06:23–14:53
• Monday - Thursday evening: 14:48–23:30
• Friday evening: 14:48–20:18

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You can work at least 2–3 days a week, both day and evening shifts.
• Another main occupation of at least 50%, e.g., studies or other work.

Meritorious

• Previous experience of assembly work within the industry.
• Experience working according to LEAN Production.
• Forklift license according to TLP10.
