Motordesign Sweden AB builds racing engines, gearboxes, and manufactures engine components for motorsport, with a market extending across Scandinavia and Europe.

Motordesign Sweden AB manufactures innovative details in small series for racing engines, products of very high quality and tight tolerances, focused on world-class motorsport.

Motordesign Sweden AB is looking for an independent, flexible, and car-savvy person who can already set up, program, operate, and inspect the products we manufacture using turning and milling. We produce both one-off and small series, making the work highly varied and requiring flexibility and professional knowledge. Precision is essential.

On-site, we have a CNC lathe, a 3-axis milling machine, and a 5-axis milling machine, all from Haas. We process various types of materials, primarily aluminum and steel.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as a CNC Operator, you will work independently to ensure and quality control the daily production flow. You will program and set up the machines according to orders. You will monitor and manage material replenishment to the machine and perform quality checks on the produced materials. Daily reporting and documentation are also required.

Required Experience

  • Experience working as a CNC operator, preferably with milling.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and use of CAD/CAM software (Fusion) is a plus.
  • Ability to work carefully and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and tool handling.
  • Monitor machines during production to ensure correct operation.
  • Handle and maintain tools and equipment.

Salary based on agreement.

Start date based on agreement.
