About the job

We are looking for you who like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Mariestad Haggården! In the checkout line, we help our customers check out their goods, which makes the department an important place in the store where we have the chance to leave a good final impression of ourselves.

The position is: A temporary position of 32 hours per week until 2027-07-31 with a chance of extension.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age depending on the nature of the tasks.

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the checkout line.
• You ensure that our customers can complete their purchases in a good and smooth way using our checkout options.
• In the checkout line, you meet lots of customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile.

About you

Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do that too. You like to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking greater responsibility. It is also great if:

• You are social, outgoing, and a real pro at customer service.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, it is great!
