As a Procurement Specialist & Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving strategic IT procurements that support the program's development and future operations. The role involves procuring IT hardware, software, digital services, and other technical solutions related to business-critical areas such as process automation, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, monitoring, and reporting.

You will become a key figure at the interface between the project organization, the IT function, and external suppliers, ensuring business-oriented, cost-effective, and sustainable purchasing solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the entire purchasing process – from sourcing strategy and supplier identification to negotiation, contracting, and follow-up.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for complex IT and digitalization solutions.
• Lead supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations with a focus on business value, risk management, and total cost of ownership.
• Ensure that procurements are carried out in line with the project's schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Act as the main contact for IT-related purchasing issues towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure correct, traceable, and audit-proof documentation throughout the procurement process.
• Identify and manage delivery, integration, and supplier risks, and monitor these on an ongoing basis.
• Prepare decision-making materials and report status, risks, and supplier performance to management and steering groups.

• At least 5–7 years of experience in strategic IT purchasing or IT Procurement.
• Documented experience with large and complex IT procurements as well as contract negotiations.
• Experience in supplier evaluation, supplier management, and follow-up.
• Very good knowledge of procurement processes and strategic purchasing.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software, cloud services, and digital solutions.
• Experience in commercial risk management and contract management.
• Proficient in working with purchasing systems and digital procurement tools.
• Ability to work structured in complex project environments with many parallel activities.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Relevant academic education, for example in economics, finance, law, or equivalent.

It is an advantage if you have experience from large investment projects as well as from regulated operations with a focus on, for example, cybersecurity, NIS2, or other regulatory requirements.
