For our store in Torsplan, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 20%, and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with us

The work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize working with us. We learn from each other and create results together through development. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Have reached the legal age (20 years old) to serve customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and closing shifts.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious mindset towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have completed upper secondary or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service roles, and/or work with food and beverages.
