About the Company Kry Företag is part of Kry, a company experiencing strong growth. We work with B2B clients, insurance companies, and occupational health services. Our operations stretch from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north.

We are currently expanding our occupational health service (OHS) operations in the Uppsala area and are now looking for an OHS Nurse/Coordinator.

About the Role As an Occupational Health Nurse/Nurse at Kry, you serve as a support to company management, managers, contact persons, and employees, drawing on your professional expertise.

You act as a support and advisor in health and working environment issues for managers and employees in our client companies, with responsibility for planning and implementing measures for our clients.

You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative competence, while also enjoying working independently. The work takes place at various geographical locations.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Health examinations – statutory and general
• Vaccinations
• Company clinic visits
• Rehabilitation work and training initiatives
• Customer responsibility for selected client companies

Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as an Occupational Health Nurse or Nurse, preferably with experience in occupational health. You have a business-like and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. Furthermore, you have a health-promoting mindset and a genuine interest in people, their health, and working environment. If you want to work and develop with us, you should enjoy working consultatively and be good at building relationships. You are secure, stable, and self-reliant, and enjoy collaborating in teams with other professional categories such as other nurses, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, occupational health engineers, and administrators. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

We prefer that you are comfortable working in a private sector environment and have a business-like approach in your professional role.

You are structured and have good IT skills. Experience with the Office package is a prerequisite for working with us.

Requirements & Characteristics

• Licensed Occupational Health Nurse or Nurse with extensive experience in occupational health services.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are meritorious.
• Good technical skills.
• You are flexible, driven, and professional in your interactions, prioritizing the patient.
• You have good collaboration skills and are responsive to both colleagues and patients.
