About the Role

As a Nurse Assistant (Undersköterska) at Gotlands Hemtjänster, you will provide individually tailored care to our clients in their homes. Your duties include personal care, medication management, support during meals, household chores, social interaction, and documentation. You play a vital role in creating security and quality of life for our clients, always focusing on respect and dignity.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Shares our core values and works with responsibility, attitude, and quality in everything you do.
• Is empathetic, attentive, and has a genuine interest in helping others.
• Has good teamwork skills and thrives in an independent role.
• Has a valid B-driver's license (mandatory).
• Is a trained Nurse Assistant or has previous experience from elderly care (merit).

Additional Information:

This is a permanent position based out of the office in Hemse. The scheduled working time is 75–100%. Work shifts include days, evenings, and every other weekend. Start date is negotiable.
