We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Helpdesk Technician for a full-time position in Gothenburg. This role is ideal for recent IT graduates or those at the beginning of their career who wish to develop in a position that combines technology, problem-solving, and customer service. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will become part of a dedicated IT team responsible for providing user support and ensuring the smooth daily operation of IT services. You will receive thorough onboarding and have the opportunity to expand your technical skills alongside experienced colleagues. Responsibilities The tasks may vary, but include among other things:

• Providing technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers, software, and peripheral equipment
• Installing, configuring, and updating computers and other IT hardware
• Managing user accounts and permissions
• Documenting cases and technical solutions
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
• Contributing to the improvement of internal IT processes and routines

We are looking for someone who:

• Has post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or similar
• Has a strong interest in technology and IT support
• Has basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
• Is service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Is solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others
• Works well both independently and in a team environment

Previous work experience is not a requirement – we place great emphasis on your willingness to learn, your engagement, and your technical interest. Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work-integrated learning (LIA) in IT support or service desk
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of networking and hardware
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
