To our store in Rimbo, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 50%, and working hours may vary week by week.

This is a fixed-term assignment (vacancy) from 2026-08-10 to 2027-08-10.

In your role as a salesperson with product group responsibility

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson here, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize working with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the shared tasks of a salesperson, you have specific responsibility for a product group (e.g., red wine, white wine, or beer), which means you:

• Maintain the product group's representation according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and display, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your product group with other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until closing time.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have upper secondary or vocational education.

It is meritorious if you have experience from retail, service work, and/or food and beverage.
