Are you an experienced bid coordinator who wants to combine administration with customer-facing business development? We are now looking for you for a shared role where you will work 50% as a bid coordinator and 50% as a bid specialist.

At Martin & Servera, we deliver food, beverages, and services to restaurants and large-scale kitchens across Sweden. As the market leader, we work every day to make every day a little bit better.

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and administering the bidding process while simultaneously developing business regarding assortment and prices for your own customer portfolio. You maintain close dialogue with customers, participate in customer meetings and business negotiations together with the Key Account Manager, and ensure high quality in our bids. You also serve as backup for the other bid coordinator and contribute to ensuring our customers meet a professional and reliable partner.

Your main tasks.

You work administratively in close cooperation with another bid coordinator and other colleagues, with many contact points towards both customers and suppliers. The role is varied, and you have an important coordinating function to ensure high service and a professional customer experience.

You are responsible for the ongoing administration of customer contracts, price lists, quotation preparation, and assortment changes, as well as producing statistics and bid support for suppliers. You also administer information in our systems for new customer contracts and handle product samples for customers. Together with the team, you also contribute to developing and streamlining our ways of working and processes.

You are a structured and analytical person with good business understanding and an eye for profitability. You thrive working data-driven and converting analyses into business decisions. You work carefully, take personal responsibility, and have an easy time prioritizing when the pace is high.

As a person, you are service-oriented, collaborative, and contribute positive energy. You build good relationships, keep your promises, and enjoy working cross-functionally to create value for both the customer and Martin & Servera. You are also curious about development and see digitalization as a natural part of future ways of working.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• At least one year of experience in administrative work.
• High school education or other relevant education.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and good system familiarity, preferably from business systems.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in analytical work and administrative coordination.
• Interest in the food and meal industry.

To succeed in the role, we also believe you have:

• An inner drive to create profitable businesses, an eye for detail, thoroughness, and endurance, which will also make you thrive in the role as a bid specialist.
• The ability to read and understand contract text and to formulate yourself correctly and effectively in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• That you enjoy working both individually and in a group.
