Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division Close Care, together with Ambulance Services, Public Dental Health Services, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas. Since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under "Good and Close Care." Each local care area is an economic unit led by a business manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic, and the close care unit Näva, all of which are grant-funded.
About Frösö Health Centre
Are you interested in a new workplace with wonderful colleagues, dedicated unit managers, and good routines? Welcome to Frösö Health Centre; we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team and contribute their expertise!
Our health centre is a pleasant and well-functioning workplace, located not far from Gustavsbergsbacken if you fancy an evening drink after the day's work. Those of us who work here are district doctors, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, diabetes nurses, enrolled nurses, medical secretaries, and physiotherapists. Additionally, there is a family centre with Child Health Services (BVC) and an open preschool. We also have a psychosocial clinic.
We are just over 60 wonderful employees and 2 dedicated unit managers who together offer patient-focused care to the approx. 12,500 registered patients. We are employees with both specialized and broad competence, and our workplace is characterized by a positive atmosphere and good team spirit. Care is provided based on the health choice model developed by the region in Jämtland County. We work in a person-centered manner in teams with Close Care to meet the needs of the patients who need us most.
Responsibilities
Standard duties as an enrolled nurse at a health centre. Main responsibilities include work at the sampling/lab, assistance to other clinics, home visits, and participation in our infectious disease clinic.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an enrolled nurse education with a healthcare focus. Experience from clinic work and primary care is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience working in Cosmic or other computer systems.
You are stimulated by working in a changing operation. You should be outgoing, flexible, structured, and accustomed to meeting patients with different needs. You should be able to work both independently and in groups, as well as in a team-based manner.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
