About the role

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you are responsible for ensuring high availability of our production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. You will work closely with production and other technical functions to quickly resolve technical and mechanical issues and continuously improve our processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Document completed work in the maintenance system.
• Contribute to improvement projects to increase operational reliability, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operators and other departments to minimize production downtime.

We are looking for someone who

• Has technical education in maintenance, mechanics, or equivalent experience.
• Has experience in maintenance within an industrial or production environment.
• Is accustomed to troubleshooting and repairing production machinery.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has basic computer skills and preferably experience with maintenance systems.

It is an advantage if you also have knowledge in electrical work, automation, and welding.
