Do you want to combine operational leadership with business development in a unique and innovative environment? We are now looking for an experienced Daily Operations Manager for an exciting interim assignment with a rapidly growing company. Here you will have a central role with significant responsibility for daily operations while contributing to the development of the organization's working methods and processes.
About the role
As Daily Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational activities and lead the daily operations for several smaller teams. You will become a key link between employees, management, and various internal and external stakeholders. The role combines personnel responsibility with business development and offers great opportunities to influence how the organization works and develops.
You will become part of the management team and contribute an operational and business-oriented perspective to matters concerning the continued development of the business.
Your main responsibilities:
- Have personnel, working environment, and operational responsibility for several smaller teams.
- Ensure a safe and well-functioning working environment in close cooperation with HR and relevant functions.
- Be responsible for onboarding, capacity planning, and daily operations.
- Develop and implement processes, routines, and working methods as the business grows.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in the business.
- Act as the link between the business and IT, coordinating needs related to systems and digital working methods.
- Develop and implement purchasing routines in accordance with current regulations.
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate in the management team's work and contribute to the strategic development of the business.
We are looking for someone who
We believe you are a confident and experienced leader who thrives in an operational role where you get to combine people, structure, and development. You are accustomed to change, have a business-minded approach, and are motivated by creating order and improving businesses.
We see that you have:
- Documented experience of personnel responsibility, e.g., as a line manager, including working environment and employment law.
- Experience from industry/private sector and habit of working in a business-oriented manner.
- Experience from grant-funded activities, e.g., Vinnova or EU projects.
- Very good ability to work in environments with high change rates, preferably in growth companies.
- Experience in building and structuring processes and working methods.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience working close to research environments or technical/lab environments.
- Previous role as operations manager, site manager, or similar.
- Experience handling issues related to work permits and international recruitment.
- Experience working in a role that combines operational personnel responsibility with strategic discussions regarding organizational or business development.
- Experience handling strictly confidential operations.

- Assignment type: Consulting assignment via OIO
- Assignment duration: Initially 6 months
