ABOUT THE ROLE
In our team, we develop the bank's platform, web, and app for consumer products. We work closely with our users and product managers to understand their and the customer's needs.

Our platform is built on modern technology. We maintain a focus on quality and resilience even when working at a high pace. As a DevOps team, we take overall responsibility for development, testing, deployment, operations, and support for our systems. Cybersecurity and privacy are a natural part of our daily lives and permeate both our working methods and design choices. Everyone is given the opportunity (and expected) to contribute to design and architectural decisions. At Norion Bank, we have a cloud-first strategy, which means that all services are developed for and operated in Azure.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for you who have a few years of work experience in .NET development. You see testability, automation, and observability as a natural part of the development work. As a person, you are curious, receptive, and quality-conscious. You have experience with operations in Azure and preferably also with setting up infrastructure as code, preferably Bicep. It is a given for you to write tests.

We believe that you, as an applicant, have experience and interest in some of these areas:

• Blazor
• Azure
• SQL

An extra plus if you are interested in Domain Driven Design, CQRS, and event sourcing!

At Norion Bank, we work according to a hybrid setup with both office work and remote work. Office work takes place at our headquarters at Lilla Bommen in Gothenburg. Our teams sit together there, which promotes both communication and collaboration.
