Many guests are looking forward to visiting Circus this autumn and winter, so we are looking for new lobby hosts with a genuine interest in people, meetings, and experiences to complement our team!

What does your workday look like?

As part of the lobby team, you work at the heart of the operation and have a real chance to make an impression on our guests. Your responsibilities include coat check, ticket handling at the entrance, cleaning of guest areas, some coffee/tea service during breaks, and general guest service.

You will also assist in the restaurant with various tasks, such as supporting waitstaff with serving, washing dishes, setting tables, etc.

Most of your shifts will be scheduled for evenings and weekends.

Who thrives here?

We are looking for someone who can work evenings, weekends, and occasionally during the day. The number of shifts varies, and we believe this fits perfectly for those who want to work alongside studies, for example.

The most important factor for the role is not previous work experience, but rather your personality and attitude. However, prior experience in service, events, or hospitality is a plus.

You thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment where tasks vary and you have the chance to meet other people. You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborate easily, but you are also willing to take initiative. You have a genuine interest in service, are engaged, and enjoy delivering something extra.

We see this fine award as both a confirmation and inspiration to continue our important sustainability work in the future.
