Customer Service Specialist – Hourly Position (Danish/Swedish)

Do you speak both Danish and Swedish fluently and are you looking for flexible work within customer service? Then this might be the right opportunity for you! We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist for an hourly position in our Multi Team at BCC in Malmö.

About the role

In this role, you will provide customer service for several of our partners via phone, chat, and email. You will assist customers with questions, provide support, and work to create a positive customer experience in every interaction.

You will become part of an engaged team where service and collaboration are at the forefront.

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes fluent Danish and Swedish.
• Has a genuine interest in customer service.
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a positive attitude.
• Thrives in communicating with people and working at a fast pace.

Experience from customer service is meritorious but not a requirement.

Hourly Wage

• 135 SEK/hour for persons under 24 years of age.
• 150 SEK/hour for persons over 24 years of age.
