We at Attendo Muréngatan are now looking for a nursing assistant as a summer substitute for our care and residential home. Muréngatan is a modern and centrally located residence with 102 places spread over 6 floors. We are now looking for hourly substitutes with the possibility of starting immediately. Are you interested in working in elderly care? We can offer a pleasant and developing workplace with an engaged work group. The schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends.

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly residents.

Your duties include among other things:

• Personal care according to the company's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
• Collaborate with several professional groups and external contacts, such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, level B2.
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.
• Experience with delegation.

About the recruitment process
