JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with us, you work closely with the residents and are an important part of their daily lives. Your main tasks include:

• Being a dedicated care contact for one or more users.
• Working based on a person-centered approach.
• Creating a safe, meaningful, and stimulating daily life for the residents.
• Collaborating with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and relatives.
• Working with quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people with dementia and who want to contribute to high-quality care.

• You must be a qualified nursing assistant (undersköterska).
• Experience in elderly care is an advantage, preferably within dementia care.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good empathetic skills and professional interaction.
• Flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-01 By agreement.
Working hours: Schedule. We apply annual working hours, 5-week fixed schedule. 2 out of 5 weekends.

Upon employment, you will need to prove your citizenship and your right to work in Sweden.
