Are you looking for a new challenge or do you want to combine work with studies or another job? Become a casual employee with us. This gives you the opportunity to control your time and plan when you want to work.
As a casual employee, you replace permanent staff during short-term absences. This means you perform the tasks included in the regular work at the workplace where you are assigned.
Are you a secure and flexible person who finds it easy to collaborate? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, as you may work at different workplaces and working hours may vary.
As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of good treatment. You find it easy to collaborate and can adapt to changes. We believe that diversity, different competencies, and experiences contribute to a good working environment.
We conduct selections and hold interviews continuously – but the need for new casual employees varies, which means the process may take different amounts of time.
In care and social services, you can work within disability care, social psychiatry, home help services, or in residential care for the elderly. Your most important task is to contribute to ensuring that every person's needs for care and nursing are met, both socially, culturally, and physically.

Qualifications
We place importance on personal qualities.
To fit the role of casual employee, you need:
- good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- computer literacy
It is an advantage if you:
- have previous experience in the profession
- have a B-driving license and access to a car
A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required for work as a casual employee.
For care and social services, an extract for residential care homes (HVB-hem) is required.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 11 days – 3 months.
Start date: According to agreement.
