WORKPLACE: HAGFORS MUNICIPALITY

As a district nurse/general nurse, you are part of the Individual and Care Department's organization, working alongside other district nurses and nurses. Currently, we are looking for you who want to be the responsible nurse for care and work within the LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operations. Work shifts are currently scheduled according to a basic pattern with day shifts and two weekends every six weeks.

The work at the Individual and Care Department is based on a common value system where the individual should feel safe and find meaning, interventions must be of high quality, and the individual should receive respectful treatment.

DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with further education in outpatient healthcare or elderly care. You have personal suitability for providing care, good judgment, flexibility in thought and action, are receptive, and have good teamwork skills. You actively contribute to advancing operations and are engaged in your own professional development. A driver's license (Category B) is required.

The nurse leads the care work together with the unit manager, mentors, and trains basic staff. Together in the team, we work to provide the individual with good, safe, and secure care. The nurse drives necessary development work together with the MAS (Medically Responsible Nurse). Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
