Working hours: Full-time, weekdays 07:00-15:30 or 07:30-16:00

About the job
As a Customer Assistant for our client, you will play a central role in the customer service function. You will work in a team of approximately 17 colleagues and interact daily with tenants and housing seekers via the reception, phone, email, and chat. The role is varied and requires a strong focus on service, clear communication, and problem-solving.

You are responsible for handling cases in a professional and solution-oriented manner, while ensuring that the customer feels heard and satisfied with the solution provided.

Examples of tasks:

• Answer questions regarding rentals and housing searches
• Receive and handle cases from tenants and other stakeholders
• Provide status updates on ongoing cases
• Receive and register fault reports
• Manage keys and access tags
• Work with payment-related cases, such as rent payments
• Create agreements for vehicle spaces and storage units
• Handle termination of housing and related agreements
• Mail handling

We are looking for you who are positive, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You have a genuine interest in customer interaction and are motivated by helping others. To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative, receptive, and able to handle a sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining calm.

You easily build trust and meet people with respect, empathy, and engagement regardless of the channel.

We see that you have:

• Experience in service roles, for example within retail, reception, or customer service
• A high school diploma
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We particularly value:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work in a structured manner
• A professional and positive attitude
