Are you administratively minded and enjoy leading remotely? As a remote leader with us, you will effectively coach and support employees working in the clients' private homes. Responsibilities

As a Unit Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for leading, organizing, and developing work within your area, always with the individual's needs at the center. You have experienced colleagues and support functions within HR, finance, and development, as well as several technical systems at your disposal. The position involves cases related to personal assistance, escort services, and relief care.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Finance, personnel, and operational responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that decided goals and commitments are met and work strategically to drive the operation forward.
• Preventive work and continuous improvement: You actively work on the development and improvement of operations to ensure the best possible results for both clients and staff.
• Systematic work environment work: You promote a work environment where team spirit, well-being, and participation are in focus. You coach and support staff in their daily work and develop methods to optimize operations.
• Collaboration and communication: You work closely with clients, relatives, proxies, and other partners, both internally and externally, to ensure a well-functioning operation.
• Administrative tasks: The position involves a significant amount of administrative work, and we believe that you, as a candidate, will find satisfaction in such tasks.

You report directly to the Department Manager and are part of the department's management group together with other unit managers.

Qualifications

We see that you, as a candidate for this position, have a university degree with a behavioral science focus or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have previous experience leading employees within the LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and/or held a leading position with financial and operational responsibility. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of LSS legislation and good knowledge of labor law.

As a person, you are secure and have good collaboration skills, characterized by a stable and calm presence that inspires trust among colleagues, employees, and relatives. You are confident in your actions and decision-making, and handle stress and uncertainties in a methodical and calm manner. We also see that you have a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, which promotes an open and constructive collaborative climate. You actively listen to others' opinions and are skilled at including different perspectives in decision-making processes.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-class driver's license is required.
