Job Description

The Support Team is looking for a staff member who will be stationed in the team to develop and ensure the quality of a part of the non-subsidized interventions. This position is entirely new, and the conditions for creativity and development are significant. During the recruitment process, high demands will be placed on societal awareness, a public authority perspective, and creative solutions. In this role, you will meet all residents of Sigtuna Municipality over the age of 18 who are in need of quick, non-subsidized intervention. We will place great emphasis on collaboration, maintaining these connections, and nurturing relationships. Your approach is genuine, and you have extensive experience in meeting people who need support or are in crisis. As we are in a development phase, flexibility and a service-oriented attitude towards residents are required. The vision is to be able to travel around the municipality together with other professions and meet residents with accessibility.

Qualifications

Social Pedagogue or Case Manager. We are looking for you to be a social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, case manager, or have another post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. By post-secondary education, we mean vocational higher education (YH), college, or university. It is preferred that you have education in SE, SED, or IPS. You will answer many emails, provide counseling via phone, and in physical/digital meetings. This requires that you can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. You should have good knowledge regarding applications, contact with authorities, and digital solutions such as digital applications.

We require that you have several years of experience from investigation, social assistance, or case management. We also see that you have knowledge about the municipality. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Employment Terms

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday. A valid Category B driver's license is required for this position. The position may start with a probationary employment.
