We are looking for a confident and experienced nurse with a genuine interest in elderly care for our evening duty at Säbo and basic home care assignments. Welcome to a wonderful team!

About the role

You will work together with a colleague during your evening shifts. Most of your work will be conducted via telephone, including advice, prescriptions, decision-making, and similar tasks. You have access to medical support, just one phone call away. Visiting patients is also part of the role.

The systems we work with include TakeCare, Appva, Pascal, and Lifecare.

We are flexible and open to requests regarding the extent of employment. The role primarily involves evenings but can be combined with day shifts to increase working hours.

The location may vary between Norrtälje and Rimbo.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Providing telephone advice
• Making medical assessments
• Performing planned patient visits and potential admissions
• Performing documentation

About you

For this role, you need:

• To be a licensed nurse
• A B-driver's license and driving experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Specialized education in elderly care or palliative care
• Experience from elderly care/dementia care
• Experience with telephone advice

You work with care in everything you do and take great responsibility for your work. You have the ability to prioritize and lead others in changing circumstances. Flexible and collegial collaboration is of great importance to you and something you will benefit greatly from in your assignment with us. We are a work group of around 20 nurses within Tiohundra Säbo, working together at our eight residences, during days, evenings, and nights. During the evenings and nights, we also have the basic home care assignment. Important to us is the work with patient safety and person-centered care, which is facilitated by the fact that the company includes both elderly care and acute care. What all our residences have in common is that they are run with engagement and warmth.
