The role involves responsibility for commissioning, maintenance, component replacement, and emergency repairs of Vertiv's Thermal Management products as well as other contracted systems. Customers are within IT, data centers, and industry where Vertiv provides critical digital infrastructure. The job includes contact with both customers and partners in Sweden, the rest of the Nordics, and Europe.

The Swedish office is located in Stockholm, but we welcome applicants residing in or near Dalarna to broaden our coverage area for upcoming projects.

In addition to working at our customers' sites, an important part of the role is to provide both internal and external support based on expertise in cooling technology. To develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field, full internal support and relevant service training on Vertiv's cooling technology product portfolio are offered. Close dialogue will take place between the scheduling team and department management.

As Vertiv's on-site representative, the goal is to market Vertiv as a professional service provider.

It is advantageous to have 5 years of experience working in a technical service environment with thermal equipment or similar, but the right personality is equally important.

The role involves extensive travel at times, primarily within Sweden and the Nordics, but other travel may also occur.
