We are now looking for a Preparation Specialist/Planner for our operations in Arbrå.

At Bruks, you become a key person in the delivery process and a natural link between design, project management, purchasing, production, and after-sales. You ensure that the right conditions are in place for efficient production and contribute to our customers receiving their deliveries on time and with high quality.

The role is both varied and developmental. One day you work with production planning and preparation, the next day you participate in improvement work or solve challenges together with colleagues from different parts of the business. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Preparation Specialist/Planner, you are the hub of our delivery process. You are responsible for creating the right conditions for efficient production through careful preparation, planning, and coordination.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Preparing products in the business system Monitor ERP.
  • Planning production and capacity.
  • Evaluating and following up on delivery times.
  • Updating and following up on product cost estimates.
  • Participating in order reviews and planning meetings.
  • Working with purchasing related to production.
  • Contributing to improvement and efficiency work.

You work closely with design, project management, purchasing, production, and after-sales, playing a key role in ensuring an efficient flow from order to delivery. The role involves close collaboration with many functions within the business, and you report to the Production Manager.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and has a genuine interest in technology, production, and planning. You like to create order, have many contact surfaces, and are motivated by finding smart solutions.

We believe you have:

  • A technical or economic education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in preparation, planning, or production.
  • Good mechanical engineering understanding.
  • Experience from manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with business systems, preferably Monitor ERP.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are business-minded, responsible, and unpretentious. You work in a structured manner even when the pace is high and enjoy collaborating with people in different parts of the business.
