Job Description:

Are you a driven salesperson who is passionate about closing deals, building strong customer relationships, and creating concrete results? Do you have experience from the installation industry or related technical fields and want to take the next step in a business-oriented role? Then this might be the role for you. As an Account Manager at Solar, you will become a key player in our continued growth. The role is based in Växjö, and you will be part of a team working closely together across different business areas, such as technical inside sales and retail sales.

Here are the key components for thriving and succeeding in the Account Manager role at Solar:

  • Business Acumen and Customer Focus: You are a goal-oriented salesperson with a proven ability to drive deals from needs analysis to closing. You understand the customer's business and use your industry knowledge to sell the right solutions at the right time – with profitability and long-term value in focus.
  • Strategic Planning: You are accustomed to working with customer plans, budgets, and clear sales strategies. You manage both existing accounts and new business development, and enjoy owning the entire deal – from prospecting to follow-up.
  • Relationship Building: You are confident in handling multiple touchpoints and have a knack for building trust at various levels within the customer's organization.
  • Independence and Initiative: You take full responsibility for your district and your results. You identify new business opportunities, act quickly, and work systematically with follow-ups via CRM and digital meetings.
  • Communication Skills: You are skilled at creating new insights for the customer through advisory dialogue. Your communication opens doors and drives the business forward.

Curiosity about the industry, strong drive, and a desire to develop are most important to us, but we also seek you who have sales experience and preferably a background from the installation industry.

Short about the role:

  • Responsibility for sales and further development of Solar's customers
  • Active new customer acquisition and development of existing business
  • Sales of Solar's products, services, and holistic solutions
  • Close internal cooperation to maximize business potential
  • Participation in customer events, training, trade fairs, and seminars
  • Company car included – B license required
  • Digital meetings and CRM are natural tools in your daily sales routine
