About the role:

As a Sales Leader, you are a key figure in the store's daily operations, driving sales, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives.

You work closely with the Store Manager and help shape the store's results through:

• Creating the best customer experience with joy for food, inspiration, and world-class service.
• Coaching employees towards common goals.
• Initiating and driving improvements that strengthen profitability and efficiency.
• Ensuring routines and contributing to a safe and pleasant work environment.
• Working actively with sustainability – both in the assortment and in everyday life.

Who are you?

You have experience from retail, service, or the restaurant industry – and preferably experience in leading others. You are a team player with drive, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for customer needs. Multilingualism and interest/experience with different cultures are meritorious.
