We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven salesperson.

About the Role

As a salesperson at Northcon, you play a key role in our growth. You are responsible for developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and processing new customers

  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships

  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with Northcon's consultants and services

  • Driving the entire sales process – from first contact to agreement

Who are you?

We believe you are someone who thrives in a relationship-building and business-oriented role. You are self-motivated, curious, and see opportunities.

We would prefer that you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting or service sector

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

  • Business drive and a results-oriented mindset

  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
