About the Assignment

We are now looking for two caretakers/building technicians for a government agency in Märsta. The role suits you who thrive in a practical and service-oriented function where you get to work close to the operations and contribute to ensuring that premises, services, and daily operations run in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

The assignment involves two full-time positions starting on October 1, 2026, and running until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension for an additional six months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:27.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with building and operation-related services. The assignment involves a broad caretaker/building technician and internal service role where you support operations in daily work and ensure that practical needs are handled in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

The work may, for example, involve handling service cases, simpler building-related tasks, internal service, and other practical tasks that arise in the operation. You will work in environments where attention to detail, responsibility, and good communication are important.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have at least three years of work experience as a caretaker, building technician, or in a similar role. You are practical, service-oriented, and accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks. Since the role involves many contact points, you need to be communicative, flexible, and have a professional attitude.

To be considered for the assignment, you need to have:

  • At least three years of work experience as a caretaker
  • Category B driver's license
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of case management systems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Availability to work full-time throughout the assignment period

It is also important that you can participate in an interview during week 35 or 36.
