Do you have experience as a Project Manager within HVAC and want to take responsibility for the entire project? We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and thrives among engaged colleagues! At Newsec, you will have the opportunity to work on varied HVAC projects, where you are responsible for both technical design and customer relations.

About the role

You will join a team within the design department called Project & Engineering, based in Stockholm. You will become part of a team with friendly and versatile colleagues, ensuring you always have support in your daily work. In addition to the team itself, you will work closely with property managers, project control, as well as energy & environment, giving you a broad scope and many opportunities.

Examples of tasks:

• Work on design assignments for properties of varying characteristics.
• Inventory, investigate, and design.
• Lead, plan, and economically manage projects.
• Operational work with design within the projects.
• Actively work to secure new assignments from existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations for inquiries and own proposals when necessary.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probation period of 6 months, based in Stockholm.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is social, curious, and driven. You have strong technical competence and are accustomed to working with various HVAC projects. You have good leadership and collaboration skills and thrive in an environment where you can use your drive and engagement. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have the ability to see new opportunities for development. Furthermore, you are communicative and have a genuine interest in creating long-term customer relationships and taking responsibility for the entire project, from start to finish.

Additionally, we are looking for you who have:

• Relevant technical education from university or other post-secondary education in installation technology and energy, for example as an HVAC engineer or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in HVAC design.
• Experience working with MagiCAD on AutoCAD.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Good knowledge of HVAC installation design.
• A structured working method and interest in developing both business and relationships.

Meritorious:

• Category B driver's license.
• Training in Safe Water (Säker Vatten).
• Training in AB04, ABT06, and ABK09.
• Experience with OVK (Commissioning and Testing of HVAC systems).
• Experience working in Revit.
• Broader competence in properties beyond HVAC design.
