We are looking for you who have:

• Certificate of protected professional title 'Assistant Nurse' (Undersköterska) from the National Board of Health and Welfare (required)
• At least 6 months of documented experience working as an assistant nurse in home care (required)
• B-driver's license and ability to cycle (required)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing (required)
• Good collaboration skills, personal suitability, and a genuine interest in people
• The ability to see the individual's needs and be flexible within the framework of the customer's decisions

Merits:

• Dementia education according to Stjärnmärkt, Silviahemmet's educational model, or other education in person-centered dementia care.
• Since a large proportion of our customers have Serbian, Bosnian, or Croatian as their native language, it is a merit if you can communicate fluently in at least one of these languages.

Your tasks:

As an assistant nurse or care assistant with us, you work to support the customer in their daily life. Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal support
• Transfers
• Medication management after delegation
• Establishing and following up on implementation plans
• Being a secure contact for our customers and relatives
• Professional attitude and care for good quality in both care and interaction.
