Hello!

I am a cheerful 13-year-old with diagnoses of cerebral palsy, epilepsy, intellectual disability (IF-diagnosis), and autism. I live alternately with my parents together with my brother on Södermalm, and we are now looking for an experienced personal assistant.

I am a determined person who enjoys gaming, loves swimming, and hanging out in the playground. I get around using a wheelchair and need assistance with transfers, so you must have good physical fitness. When there are sudden or significant changes in my routines, my otherwise cheerful mood may shift. It is important that you, as an assistant, understand this. I also need support with my hygiene, which you need to be comfortable with. It is also important to me that you have the ability to interpret my needs, as my speech can sometimes be unclear.

We also hope that you are a warm, patient, and present person who understands my need for supervision and support in daily life with good routines. We are currently looking for someone who can spend varying amounts of time with me. Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.

Working hours:
Every other Sunday between 13:00–21:00, odd weeks, plus extra hours as needed on afternoons from 16:00–21:00, Monday–Friday.

Start date: Immediately

We conduct ongoing interviews, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary:
Individual salary setting. Collective agreement: Fremia.
