We offer a comprehensive solution in the field with sales, service, and spare parts – all to ensure our customers have the best possible Maskinparken experience, year-round and for all of the year's needs.
Maskinparken was formed in early 2020 to meet the professional market's increasing demands for a broad and complete offering. The company is the result of a merger of several well-established players in the industry and currently holds a strong position with a local presence across large parts of Sweden.
Maskinparken in Malmö is the company's largest facility, where an engaged team of 18 employees works. To meet the growing business, a new position as Service Coordinator – Workshop & Spare Parts has now been established.
Your ProfileDo you want a varied role where you can combine customer contact, technology, and planning in a family-like business? Do you thrive being the hub of the network and enjoy making things work? Then this might be the job for you.
As a Service Coordinator – Workshop & Spare Parts, you will become a central part of daily operations. You will work closely with the workshop manager and serve as their right-hand person in daily tasks. As needed, you will also step in as a substitute for the workshop manager, giving you a crucial role in keeping the business running.
This is a broad and varied role combining customer contact, administration, workshop planning, and spare parts management. You are responsible for coordinating service cases and providing administrative support to the workshop while working with spare parts and assisting in the spare parts shop when the business requires it. There are no rigid silos here – everyone helps each other to provide customers with the best possible service.
At Maskinparken, it is natural to help each other across departmental boundaries, and the site manager is also a natural part of daily operations, stepping in where needed. This creates a flat hierarchy workplace where the team always comes before the individual. You will also have contact and collaborate with colleagues at other facilities around the country.
Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.
Your primary responsibilities will include, among other things:
Receiving customers and service cases.
Planning and coordinating the workshop's daily work together with the workshop manager.
Supporting the workshop manager in daily work and substituting for them when necessary.
Booking and following up on service and repair orders.
Handling spare parts orders and ensuring the right parts are available.
Identifying spare parts using exploded drawings and spare parts catalogs.
Picking and administering orders for the workshop.
Assisting in the spare parts shop when needed.
Working in the company's business systems and other operational systems.
Reporting completed work and ensuring correct documentation.
Contributing to the development of routines and creating an efficient workflow between customer, spare parts, and workshop.
At Maskinparken, you become part of a workplace with short decision-making paths where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. We believe in a flat hierarchy approach where everyone helps each other, regardless of role or title. Here, you work closely with both colleagues and management in a family-like environment where commitment, community, and the desire to give our customers the best possible service permeate the business.
With us, you get:
A newly established and varied role where you get to help shape the position.
Significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence working methods and routines.
A central role where you work closely with the workshop manager, site manager, and other colleagues.
A tight-knit team of 18 engaged employees who help each other when needed.
A secure employer and market leader with continued growth and optimism for the future.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a broad and varied role where no two days are alike. You enjoy taking responsibility, like having many contact points, and find it easy to switch between administration, customer contact, and practical issues.
We believe you:
Have experience from workshops, spare parts, customer reception, or similar operations.
Have a technical interest and preferably knowledge of machines, construction machinery, or vehicles.
Have good administrative skills and work in a structured manner.
Are computer literate and find it easy to learn new business and operational systems.
Are service-minded and care that customers receive good treatment.
Have good Swedish skills in speech and writing.
Can communicate in English.
Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
As a person, you are service-oriented, flat-hierarchy minded, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating and see it as a given to help out where needed. To thrive at Maskinparken, you appreciate the family-like culture where everyone contributes, regardless of role or title.
You are confident in taking initiative, find it easy to create structure, and are motivated by being an important cog in a tight-knit team. You enjoy having significant personal responsibility and like combining administration with practical elements in everyday life.
