We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in Örebro and the surrounding area!

What does the job as a personal assistant involve?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. There, you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help make another person's daily life function.

We have customers of different ages and with different disabilities. Your workplace is where the customer is, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. Some of our positions also require that you can work nights.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Hourly employment

Scope: Part-time, as needed

Start date: According to agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
