Your responsibilities include documentation, establishing and following up on implementation plans, and actively participating in the development work taking place at the unit. You play an important role in ensuring high quality in care and in further developing our working methods together with colleagues and managers.

As an Assistant Nurse at Ljuskällan's Specialized Housing, you provide nursing care, service, social support, and meaningful activities based on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions. You are the contact person for a number of residents and work to create close, trusting relationships with both residents and relatives. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and managers, where teamwork and engagement are central components.

Qualifications

You have a genuine interest in working with people and contribute to a secure, respectful, and positive environment for both residents and colleagues. You are responsible, flexible, and confident in your professional role, have a professional approach to people, and good teamwork skills. Requirements:

• Education as an Assistant Nurse with a protected professional title
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license

Merits:

• Experience working with cognitive diseases
• Previous experience within healthcare and social care
• Knowledge of and experience with low-affective approach
• Previous delegation experience

Working hours: Shift schedule. Day/evening and every other weekend.
