- Work consultatively in complex cases and contribute to coordination in the care chain
- Collaborate with Silvia Sisters regarding person-centered dementia care
- Contribute to the development of working methods, knowledge, and quality – including work with BPSD and environmental scanning
The work involves a clear helicopter perspective where you get the opportunity to contribute to influencing structures, working methods, and competence in operations throughout the entire city of Malmö.
What We Offer
- Individually adapted introduction and mentoring
- Competence development and participation in professional networks
- Working hours Monday–Friday daytime with flextime
- Favorable holiday exchange
The role gives you great freedom to plan and prioritize your work in consultation with the section manager and the team, with the possibility to influence how knowledge and development initiatives are designed and implemented in the operations.

We are looking for you who:
- Are a licensed nurse
- Have at least three years of experience working in the dementia field

We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You have a pedagogical approach and adapt your communication and knowledge transfer based on the situation, target group, and the individual's prerequisites, for example, in mentoring and education.
You work both in a team and independently and are comfortable in a consultative role where you support and guide others. You easily create trust, collaborate with different professions, and communicate clearly and listen attentively. Furthermore, you are structured and analytical with the ability to plan, prioritize, and contribute solutions in complex cases.
