Johnsons El is now looking for a business-minded and technically driven Service Manager within electrical technology who wants to create value for both customers and colleagues.

About the role

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and follow-up of service assignments within electrical technology. You are a central part of the operations and work closely with electricians, customers, suppliers, and other colleagues to ensure that assignments are carried out with high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers.

You lead the daily work within the service operations and play an important role in creating structure, building long-term customer relationships, and developing the business. The role offers great variety where technology, administration, and customer contact go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on service assignments and smaller projects.
• Distribute tasks and coordinate the work of service technicians.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and build long-term relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on calculations, costs, and results.
• Handle purchases, material orders, and supplier contacts.
• Ensure that documentation and reporting are up-to-date and correct.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of the service business.
• Handle Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) work, contracts, and follow-up of changes.
• Work actively with quality, working environment, and continuous improvements.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A high school education in electrical technology or power engineering, or equivalent experience, is meritorious.
• Experience from service operations, electrical installation, or contracting within the electrical industry.
• Experience in leadership, planning, or coordination is meritorious.
• Good understanding of electrical installations and technical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical descriptions.
• Experience with calculation, quotation work, and economic follow-up.
• Experience working in business or operational systems, as well as good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
