Capio Health Centre Dragonen is a centrally located health centre with approximately 22,000 registered patients and around 70 employees. Our vision is to improve people's health every day. Capio offers a broad and high-quality range of healthcare services through our hospitals, specialist clinics, and health centres in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. In Sweden, we are located from Umeå in the north to Ystad in the south. Our patients can also receive help via our digital services, digitally when possible and physically when needed.

Your tasks are varied and will include, among other things, telephone advice, digital reception, and district nurse consultations. The work is largely independent, which means you need to be confident in making your own assessments and decisions.

We are looking for you who are a nurse or district nurse with an interest in, and preferably experience of, primary care. You are secure in both personality and profession and have a patient-focused approach. If you have worked at a health centre before, it is meritorious. You are meticulous in your work, have the ability to be flexible, and can adapt pace and work methods to what each situation requires. We value team spirit and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are engaged and careful to always maintain high quality in your work.

We currently have two vacant positions:

One position at 100% permanent and one fixed-term position at 100% for one year.

We apply a probationary period.
