The role is based in Lycksele, involving physical delivery of our services as well as significant digital work with customers across Sweden. In this role at Falck Health and Working Life, you work consultatively and value-creatingly in cross-functional teams consisting of company physicians, behavioral scientists, occupational health nurses, etc., who all work in synergy with our customers and their employees to achieve good results. As a Physiotherapist, you work from a broader perspective than just focusing on the patient and have the opportunity to influence through contact with the employer. This can range from health examinations, assessment and treatment of work-related ailments, proposals for workplace adjustments at an individual level, to assessments of the workplace's ergonomic conditions at a group and organizational level. Thus, you contribute to creating a sustainable working life on a societal level!
In the role as Rehab Coordinator, you have overall responsibility for a structured and efficient rehabilitation process and work consultatively to convey knowledge about occupational health and safety issues, driving rehab cases forward towards the customer in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Assessment and treatment regarding the musculoskeletal system and stress
- Workload ergonomic mapping at both individual and group levels
- Workload ergonomic risk assessment and intervention
- Occupational health and safety training
- Coordinate and collaborate with the various actors in the rehabilitation process, both externally and within Falck
- Conduct work ability assessments
- Support and close collaboration with managers and HR at the customer company to ensure the process moves forward
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physiotherapist
- Good clinical experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal ailments
- Has good experience with rehabilitation issues, preferably from occupational health services or consulting firms.
- Has good IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver in digital tools
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Coordinator training, e.g., Karolinska Institute's coordination initiatives, coordinating sick leave and the rehabilitation process
- Experience working with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's occupational health and safety responsibility
- Experience in project management/coordination and leading team work
- Ergonomics training, TIPPA, MEBA, McKenzie, or other assessment tools

Other:
Permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Full-time (100%) with start after the summer. Working hours are weekdays 08:00–17:00, excluding holidays.
Location in Lycksele. The role may involve travel, meaning you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
