RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be part of developing our operations?

We are now looking for a teacher for our special needs group in the Tånga area. In the group, dedicated educators work with students coming from different schools in the Tångateam. The operation is characterized by high professionalism and a good collaboration climate between educators, students, and guardians. The goal of the operation is to equip students for continued schooling.

Our premises at Fajanskolan provide good conditions for working with flexible solutions based on the students' prerequisites.

The Special Needs (SU) group is a complement and support to regular school activities, which is why close, continuous collaboration with the students' home schools, principals, and student health services is necessary. As an educator, you will play an important role in this work.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a teaching license with a focus on work in grades F-3 and 4-6. We are looking for a person who is confident in themselves with documented experience working with children and young people in need of special support, preferably with knowledge and experience of ADHD/Autism Spectrum Disorders (NPF/AST). You work with complex issues and must have a conscious solution-focused approach and be willing to develop your working methods together with the work team.

You should have good collaboration skills while also being able to work independently. It is important that you want to and can work in a team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, not least when it comes to creating positive meetings with both children, young people, and adults.

Experience of similar tasks within a special needs group, knowledge and experience of working with children and young people who have social problems and often in combination with other problems such as neuropsychiatric disabilities and/or ASD is considered meritorious.

You have good collaboration skills, are solution-focused, have great patience, and are resilient.

Driver's license required.
