The Role of Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant, and Aide with us

With us, you will work in a team with knowledgeable colleagues. We operate from our office in the City Centre, located near the station, shops, and parking facilities. You will be part of a team that meets the needs of our care recipients. You contribute to the experience of safety through smooth and professional interaction. In this role, you will also be the designated care contact for some care recipients, where you will collaborate with a smaller group of colleagues regarding your care recipients.

In Kungsbacka, we want people to live life to the fullest. For us in home care, this means providing care and support with sensitivity and great commitment, based on approved needs and the individual's implementation plan, which is developed in collaboration with care staff and the care recipient. This means we have a strong focus on those we are here for, while working together and closely with each other.

Your schedule will be set for days, evenings, and every other weekend. The role involves traveling between care recipients by walking, cycling, and driving a car if you have a driver's license. You are expected to perform delegated health and medical tasks based on your position and the organization's needs.

You are confident in handling technical solutions in daily work and have the ability to create participation in the daily lives of those we serve. As a person, you thrive working independently, can adapt to changing circumstances, and see opportunities in everyday life. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Care & Social Services, all employees in home care and care housing are employed at 100% engagement, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their engagement to the desired level based on operational needs.
