Job Responsibilities

As a CNC Operator, you will work with machining and manufacturing in CNC-controlled machines. The role involves both programming and ongoing production, where quality and precision are key parts of the daily work. The responsibilities include among other things:

• Programming and reprogramming of CNC machines.
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines.
• Quality control of manufactured parts.
• Simple maintenance and participation in machine servicing.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who have experience working as a CNC operator and feel confident in programming and handling CNC-controlled machines. Experience from wood machining is highly meritorious, but we also welcome applications from those with experience from other materials. We would like you to have:

• Experience with CNC programming and machine machining.
• Technical understanding and habit of working with high precision.
• Upper secondary education in industry, technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car, as it can be difficult to reach the company on time using public transport.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have a structured approach to work. You thrive in collaboration with others, are willing to share your knowledge, and contribute to good cooperation in production.
