Great hotels don't just sell rooms – they sell experiences, meetings, and relationships. That's why we are now looking for the person who wants to lead our In House Sales team in Örebro.
We are looking for a new In House Sales Manager for our two hotels in Örebro – Elite City Hotel and Elite Stora Hotellet. Elite Stora Hotellet is undergoing extensive renovations. In the spring of 2027, we will reopen with 197 hotel rooms, new restaurants, meeting facilities, and a hotel we are very proud of.
This is a role for you who enjoys sales, likes leading people, and thrives when many things are happening at once.
We already have Maria, who is a fantastic In House Sales Agent. As her direct manager, your task will not only be to lead the daily work but also to continue developing our In House Sales function. Together, you will be responsible for selling meetings, conferences, groups, and events to both hotels.
You will have many points of contact. One moment you are working on a quote for a client, the next you are meeting with reception, the restaurant, or the kitchen to ensure we can deliver what we promise. You also work closely with our Regional Sales Managers, the Hotel Director, and our Cluster Revenue Manager to find the right business at the right price and at the right time.
I am looking for someone who enjoys doing business but also enjoys people. You are a leader who creates engagement, likes coaching, and helps others grow. You are structured, have a business mindset, and thrive working towards clear goals. You see opportunities, take initiative, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Experience from the hotel or conference industry is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a strong business drive, are accustomed to leading people, and enjoy building long-term relationships – both with customers and colleagues.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary. We have a collective agreement through Unionen, and the start date is by agreement. Working hours are mainly during the day, Monday to Friday, but you may need to be flexible for customer meetings and activities.
