Your responsibilities

• Moving & construction cleaning
• Decontamination/Cleanup
• Textile washing
• High-level cleaning
• Floor care
• Other special assignments within the facility maintenance sector

Your qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• At least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance and specialized cleaning
• Good computer skills
• Good physical condition

Other information

Start date is by agreement. Working hours are primarily daytime on weekdays from 07:00-15:30, but deviations may occur.

Our employees must provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). You can order the extract titled "Work in schools or preschools" on the police website.

FM-service takes care of facilities throughout the municipality, everything from schools and preschools to sports halls and offices. We clean an area equivalent to 55 football fields, manage all properties and their surrounding outdoor environments, and perform caretaker services.
