About the Role
As a store employee at Kakelgiganten, you will have a varied role involving both sales and customer service. You will meet customers in the showroom, answer questions via phone and email, and assist customers throughout the entire purchasing journey – from consultation and quotation to order and follow-up.
You will work primarily with the Swedish market but also interact with customers in Denmark and Norway, making the role both varied and developmental.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and assist customers in the store and showroom.
- Provide advice on tiles, ceramics, bathrooms, flooring, and accessories.
- Actively engage in sales and customer follow-up.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
- Answer questions regarding products, prices, deliveries, and stock status.
- Create quotations and register customer orders.
- Handle customer service cases and simple claims.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse, purchasing department, and other colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards in the showroom and store.
Your Background
We are looking for someone who enjoys providing professional service and is motivated by creating satisfied customers. You are accustomed to handling multiple contact points, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy combining customer interaction with administrative tasks.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written.
- Good computer literacy and administrative ability.
- Experience communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
It is an advantage if you have experience from the construction, tile, ceramic, bathroom, flooring, or interior design industries, have worked with quotation and order processing, or have knowledge of Danish or Norwegian.
