Working Hours:

• Evening shift: 15:30–22:00
• Day shift: 07:00–15:30
• Applies to weekends and public holidays as well.

We have a large, cozy corner office at Magnus Ladulåsgatan 25. All staff are based from this location. It is a REQUIREMENT that you can ride a bicycle, as we use work bicycles to travel between assignments.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, has a strong work ethic, and is proactive, responsible, and has a "helicopter view" (ability to see the big picture). You enjoy working with people and can collaborate well with both colleagues and clients.

Requirements and Experience:

• You must have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Experience with patient handling and mobility aids such as turner boards and lifts is essential.

About the Job:

We are a local home care service on Södermalm with a team of approximately 20 people. In home care, you usually work entirely alone with clients who have varying care needs. Tasks range from patient handling using lifts, turner boards, and sliding sheets to cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

Our biggest focus is maintaining high staff continuity. This ensures security and stability for both our clients and our staff.

Responsibility:

As evening staff, you have alarm duty responsibility from 15:30 to 22:00.
